Returns
We want you to love your Amazeen Coffee experience! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange the damaged product at no additional cost.
Unopened Coffee Bags: If you wish to return an unopened coffee bag, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened condition. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Opened Coffee Bags: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee bags.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
How to Return an Item
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@amazeencoffee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and return it to the provided address.
Non-returnable Items
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
Promotions or Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or using promotional discounts may be subject to different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: For returns of unopened products or items that are not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Shipping: If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
